Viega Non-Warranty Return Policy

1. Compliant Return Instructions

  • Minimum return amount must be $250 net invoice value.
  • Material may not be returned without Viega’s written permission and return authorization number.
  • tems with a purchase date older than 1 year will not be allowed for return.
  • Only cataloged and resalable items are valid for return.
  • No returns will be allowed for discontinued, damaged, or non-cataloged merchandise.
  •  Material must be in its original packaging with the manufacturer seal intact.
  • Material that has been visibly stored outside will not be accepted.
  • Stainless pipe must be returned in original packaging, such as wooden crate or tube, including bubble wrap, to prevent damage. Contact Viega if the original packaging is no longer available.
  • The physical return must exactly match the written RMA documentation included with the return.

RETURNS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WILL BE RETURNED FREIGHT COLLECT TO THE CUSTOMER.
2. Restock Fee
The minimum restock fee for all Viega products is 25% of invoice price.

3. Time Frame for Returning Materials
Viega must receive products within 45 days after RMA is issued.
After this time, the RMA will no longer be valid and will be refused by the warehouse.  

4. Return Stipulations
The return shipment must contain Viega’s return authorization document and the shipment must indicate the RMA number, visibly on the outside of the box. (Do not write on original packaging). The shipment must be sent pre-paid by the customer. If the material is sent collect, it will be refused at the warehouse.

Viega will issue credit once the Return Center processes the RMA; therefore, payment deductions are not authorized.
