And our field support teams are actual in-house Viega experts – not just some reps pushing a million different lines to serve their bottom lines.

MegaPress 304 Inside Cutout
Engineered to exceed expectations

Viega fittings come with either an EPDM, HNBR or FKM sealing element that is factory-installed and field-ready. Unlike O-rings that are designed to be replaced, our sealing elements are permanent once pressed.

Our unique separator ring protects the sealing element by keeping it outside of the flow path to increase system lifespan and perform at a broad range of pressures, temperatures and applications. Every Viega fitting is built with our Smart Connect® technology, which identifies unpressed connections 100% of the time. A thoughtful feature that saves you time – and headaches – on the jobsite.

  • Grip Ring
Bidirectional teeth grip provides mechanical strength and securely locks the fitting to the pipe.

  • Separator Ring
Provides positive physical separation to protect the sealing element from the media running through the fitting.

  • Sealing Element
Elastomeric insurance behind the metal-to-metal contact compensates for small irregularities of pipe surface.

Viega fittings come with either an EPDM, HNBR or FKM sealing element that is factory-installed and field-ready. Our sealing elements are a static seal and are permanent once pressed. This allows the system to perform at a broad range of pressures, temperatures and applications. Every Viega press fitting is built with our Smart Connect ® technology that helps you identify unpressed connections immediately.

With press technology, contractors can significantly shorten downtime for repairs since there’s no need to entirely drain a system. There are no flames with press fitting pipe, so fire watch is unnecessary.
