Viega’s MegaPress has improved availability, reduced backlogs and renewed demand from contractors standardizing on press. Installers are actively looking for one trusted system across copper, PEX and carbon steel, and distributors who stock MegaPress are positioned to capture that shift.
When contractors walk in asking for Viega press, they expect MegaPress to be on the shelf. Stocking it protects existing relationships, prevents lost sales to competitors and online sources, and increases average order value through tooling, jaws and multi-material projects.

VIEGA PRODUCTS
Viega offers press fittings and valves in multiple materials including copper, stainless steel, carbon steel and copper-nickel, along with a complete PEX plumbing system including water-distribution manifolds, tubing and press fittings. Our primary press solutions for metals are Viega ProPress® and Viega MegaPress®. Manufactured with different sealing elements, our fittings are for plumbing, mechanical and gas applications. The Viega PureFlow® System is a complete PEX plumbing system that works seamlessly for potable water installations. System-matched tools and jaws make it simple and easy to install the full line of Viega press technology for several applications on the same project.

How do I notify Viega of any damages and/or missing pieces?
Note any damages or shortages: When receiving a shipment be sure to note the amount and any damages or shortages to the shipment. All our shipments include the DR/POD Signature Requirement Sheet. You will also need:
Bill of Lading
Packing Slip/Shipping Invoice
Delivery receipt/document with notation of loss or damage
Complete invoice showing the value of the claimed product
If there is damage, take photographs of any external packaging damage, internal packaging damage or damage to the product itself

Reference the delivery number, PO number or order number when contacting customer service
After thoroughly researching your complaint, we will notify you if there are any additional requirements
Approved claims will be forwarded to our third party partner, Pequod. They will contact your directly for yours account information and you will receive payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Viega requires that you pay the original invoice in full. Pequod will refund you directly
