ABOUT CARL DIXON
Carl began his career in mechanical engineering design at an engineering design and consulting firm in Birmingham, Alabama, where he worked on piping projects for pulp and paper facilities. His experience expanded to include food and beverage facilities and a wide range of industrial process piping applications, including compressed air and gaseous systems.
Throughout his career, Carl has worked across industrial process piping and equipment design and construction, giving him experience with both the engineering and practical considerations that influence piping system design and installation.
At Viega, Carl works with the engineering community to support piping specifications and increase awareness of press technology for industrial applications.
Carl earned his engineering degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states.
