AHR Expo 2025, the see and be seen event for the HVAC community, brought together thousands of professionals to sunny Orlando, Florida. More than 50,000 contractors, plumbers, engineers, product managers and students flooded the Orange County Convention Center to soak in three days’ worth of seminars, demonstrations, meet-ups, and maybe a few rays, at the industry’s leading HVACR event.
Throughout the three-day conference, Viega’s booth was filled with visitors learning about the latest offerings and innovations to come from the press authority. Excited attendees were able to have hands-on interaction with press stations to create secure connections in seconds, grab Viega swag, and even test their expertise at the Viega Skills Competition.
The booth was buzzing with great energy throughout the conference and audience interaction was at an all-time high. Our dedicated Viega Training team gave hands-on demos for:
- Transition couplings to explore how dissimilar metals, like galvanized steel and copper, can be easily and safely connected in seconds;
- Viega’s expanded line of new valves to show how Viega press technology can complete your piping system in a fraction of the time with one tool along with our new hydronic valve offerings;
- And Viega’s PureFlow® systems, reviewing the benefits of using Viega PureFlow PEX, fittings, and valves, including our new line of brass ball valves and transition couplings
Social Media Meet-up
One of the highlights in the booth this year was Viega’s Social Media Meet-up. This year, Viega staff, along with industry influencers, hosted an exciting skills competition. Three teams were selected and given a time-based challenge to use Viega press fittings to build a figure using a schematic and materials provided by Viega and RIDGID Tools. Winners of the competition received a RIDGID RP 251 Press Tool, ProPress Fittings and Valves and exclusive swag.
